Wholesale
We offer wholesale in certain of our products, in order to place a wholesale order you have to agree with our policies, file and submit a form. Please make sure to read our policies below, and contact us at infodounashop@yahoo.com
1- Minimum order quantity
For the wholesale purchase there is a minimum order quantity ( MOQ ) of 12 products per order
2- Wholesale pricing
Because there are a variety of products in our shop, the wholesale price for each category is different. The retail price for our candle is $30, the room spray is $14, the soap is $9. When reselling this products I kindly ask you to keep the price the same, so the customers can have consistent pricing. the wholesale price for the candle is $15, the spray is $7, the soap is $5. This prices are non-negotiable.
3- Payment terms
We prepared a form that you can file and submit for your wholesale order, once you submit the form with the products you desire to purchase we will send you an invoice for the total of the order, after you agree with the price, we will send you a second invoice for the shipping price if you live outside Philadelphia. In order for us to start production, we require that you prepaid for your wholesale order.
4- Return and exchange policy
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer return or exchange. however, if a product arrives damage or defective we will gladly exchange it if the product shows no sign of being used. because of extreme heat during the summer months we do our best to protect our candles when packaging to avoid melting.
5- Ordering process
If sold out we will start production after payment is being made, keep in mind that each category of products has a different time of curing. our soaps take 4 to 6 weeks to cure after the cut. our candles take 1 week to cure after pouring. and you also have to include the time it take for us to buy our material if we don't have them in hand.
6- Shipping
Once all the products have been cure we will safely ship your order, due to extreme heat during summer months we will do our best to package your order appropriately to avoid melting. However once the package has been ship, and deliver we are not responsible for products melting.
